This highly-interactive program provides you with the knowledge, tools and guidance needed to successfully grow your business. Working in partnership with your SCORE mentor, you’ll assess the current state of your business to identify strengths, weaknesses and potential growth opportunities, and utilize the knowledge gained in specialized workshops to create and implement a customized strategy and action plan.
