Delaware SCORE® has a complement of more than 40 retired and active executives and managers who have been involved in a wide range of business activities. We have been where you are now. We have worked for ourselves and others. Now, we are here to help you. We take no salary or any other form of compensation to help our clients. Our satisfaction comes from helping you succeed.

One-on-one support

Perhaps the most valuable work SCORE® does starts when you and your assigned counselor meet for counseling. You'll get straight-from-the-shoulder wisdom that puts you on the right path toward the future you're working for. You will benefit from our know how and experiences, and you can keep coming back for more as long as you need the help.

Team counseling

No one has all the answers. Sometimes it will be necessary for your counselor to call in other SCORE® counselors with the specific experience needed. You can be assured that we will try to match our talents to your business problems.

Business Plans

Most successful businesses have a well-developed, forward focused business plan. For most budding entrepreneurs, developing the business plan is usually the most difficult job to tackle. At SCORE® Delaware we are prepared to help you develop a comprehensive business plan. We have some special work tools that will help simplify the process.

On-site Counseling for Operating Businesses

Sometimes just talking about problems is not enough.. Delaware SCORE® counselors are ready, willing and able to move on site to review the problems of an operating business.
